Just a quick poll, since I discovered that releasing NAZI MOON on the 12.12.23 will not in fact let anyone pre-order it, as it is a physical book only, no ebook available for the near future.
So do you prefer:

An electronic version would be great for those of us that live outside the US.
Sadly, there are a number of issues with making an electronic version. In no particular order:
0. Australia has Amazon, so I don’t see the problem?
1. The process is less than reliable and amazon has messed this up for me before, also misaligning the physical book after a digital one was formatted.
2. Formatting things like images, tables, and footnotes is not straightforward and my books have all of that
3. Page formatting is a mess and even professional outfits that do this for a living often screw it up
4. The “incentives” to use KDP select etc tend to brow-beat you into non-positive relationships. A
5. A physical book stays with you
6. I am currently looking at the idea of selling my own ebooks directly, but again, it is not straightforward.
