Telepathy – The Real Thing

If you only watch one youtube video this year, I think this should be it. Even if you completely ignore the stuff on remote viewing (I did mostly, because it’s too vague for me) the rest is still brilliant and amazing. Especially what he explains about Windows Operating System at minute 46 or so and the very last question too.

PUA Training

So called Pick-Up-Artists (PUAs) have a very real need to get some training. In reading comprehension. The cartoon above is a subtle hint from me to the various “Captains of America” that perpetuate this sorry state of affairs. Read more »

Achilles Tendon Rupture Recovery Manual

Reading Time: 12 minutes, (but if you follow all the links an hour or so); Skimming highlights, 2-3 minutes.

Before we get into the very serious business of making sure you can heal your ruptured Achilles tendon in the best way possible, I think we can all agree that if that statue is a faithful representation of Achilles, then we can better understand why he was eager to live fast and die young. He certainly wasn’t going to be remembered for his penis size was he? Read more »

You are not who you think you are

Here’s a thought for your (possibly hung over) Monday morning: What if you are not really who you think you are?

Aside from the possibility of you being adopted, or your parents having liberally undertaken in the wife-swapping craze of the 60s or possibly having lived in a hippie commune, most of us would ridicule the very idea. And yet, in a very real sense, you are not really who you think you are. Read more »

Stress Symptoms and Moving

My outdated (but efficient) preferred method of dealing with stressful situations

As you may know, moving home is considered one of the most stressful things in life; right up there with death and divorce. In this article I hope to pass on my wisdom concerning the art of moving home. In actual fact, if you bother to research it at all, you will discover that moving rates about 20 points, with death of a spouse being the worst event and worth 100 points (though given the high incidence of marital homicides one wonders how accurate this scale is!)

The Wedding

So that all my stalkers may be satisfied at least a little, and/or to give them more material to print and wall-paper their abodes with, I present to you: My Wedding to Redhead Girl, with pictures to make Hollywood stars envious, and our sycophants ululate with glee!

Just go to the Image Gallery link and select the Wedding album. After the first 20 pictures you have to click on page 2 of the album to see the rest.

Once you click on an image you get to see it large as well as any commentary I added. Hovering over the thumbnails instead just gives you the title of the image, which is sometimes descriptive too.

2010 in Review and my Wedding

2009 was probably the happiest year of my life. 2010 had some challenges that were probably some of the hardest I have had to date, but also some peaks that I have never achieved before.

Both to satisfy my voyeurs as well as an aid to memory and the way forward, I thought I would amuse you by giving you a brief rundown of my year.

Announcing the Announcement

Various issues kept me from the internet until now, so this post is a few hours late.

On the good side though, in a couple of weeks you will see an announcement here about my second book. I wrote the first one in 1995 and it’s now out of print (although if people are interested in it, at some point in the future there may be a reprint). That was called The Face on Mars and was pretty technical and had a lot of science in it. It also got me flown to London to give some lectures and made me appear on TV in Europe and the USA and on radio in South Africa.

It did relatively well considering how few of them were printed and a lot of it was also plagiarised by Graham Hancock, he of Fingerprints of the Gods fame. I called him on it too when I next met him at a talk he gave and he blamed his ghost-writers. Ah well, what you gonna do.

Anyway, this book is on a totally different subject and in about a week or two you will be able to read all about it here.

So come back to have a look soon.
